Journey North : Chesters Roman Fort and Museum

Not far from Housesteads Roman Fort is Chesters Roman Fort and Museum. This is our next destination. It is another fort built on Hadrian’s Wall to protect the border. This site is smaller than Housesteads but there is a small museum here for the local finds and some curiosities.
